Hey,

My name is Adam Lipman. I was born in Warsaw but I'm living in Lodz, Poland.
‍
I specialize in painting and serigraphy. In 2019, I earned a Master of Arts title from the ASP in Lodz and established Mito Sito (closed in 2022), a brand specializing in screen printing on clothes and everyday objects.

In the summer of 2022, I organized the first Łódź Abstract Art Festival - LAAF, providing a platform for artists to showcase their work.

My journey is a continuous exploration of emotion and forms through art.

The exhibition “O-S-A” – The Tamed Retina Associates – explores how the eye needs time to become familiar with visual chaos, giving it a slight chance to recognize its hidden beauty. The project is inspired by the everyday transitions of color and form I observe each morning on the walls of Mielczarkiego Street in Łódź while walking my dog, Franek.

My eyes went yellow,
grass-trimmed smell,
light forced my chicks,
and the hands turned red
eyelashes breaking the blast
reflecting the world of life.
Ultramarine of shadow,
cooling my inner rust.

One of my biggest projects was organizing the LAAF_SetTheory festival as part of the activities of the LAAF Association, of which I am the chairman.

The first LAAF edition was organized by Joanna Cisek, Magdalena Skowrońska, Michał Czuba, Zuzanna Malinowska, Justyna Maksajda, and myself. The exhibition at Art Factory in Lodz during Retroperspektywy featured over 200 pieces by 30 artists.

"Cloudy Exhibition"

This event was a showcase of my master's degree. I showed paintings, prints, and t-shirts. It was really important for me to prepare a coherent multidisciplinary spectacle at the vernissage. That's why, I invited a music group Distort Visuals, and dance group Supa Troopa for cooperation.
